IFCI Factors Limited was a subsidiary of IFCI Ltd., one of India's oldest Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC). The company specialized in providing comprehensive factoring services, including domestic and export factoring, to help small and medium-sized enterprises manage their working capital by converting accounts receivable into immediate cash. Established to offer specialized financial solutions for trade finance, it was a prominent player in the Indian factoring market. In 2021, following an approved scheme of amalgamation by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), IFCI Factors Limited was merged with its parent company, IFCI Ltd., and ceased to exist as a separate legal entity. Its operations and services are now integrated within IFCI Ltd.
