It has been the subject of numerous public warnings from financial regulators, including the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Belgium's Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA). These regulators identified it as a "clone firm," a common tactic where a fraudulent entity uses the name, address, and registration number of a real, authorized company to deceive investors. The firm's website is no longer active, and it is not, and has never been, a legitimately authorized financial entity.
