The firm was known for its high-touch client service model and robust technology platform. In July 2017, Equinoxe was acquired by Apex Group Ltd., a global financial services provider. Following the acquisition, Equinoxe's operations, staff, and services were fully integrated into Apex Group, expanding its global presence and service capabilities.
