Community Investment Corporation (CIC Tucson) is a nonprofit organization and a U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Certified Development Company (CDC) founded in 1996. Its mission is to foster a vibrant and inclusive economy by providing education and access to capital for small business owners, particularly those who have been excluded from traditional lending sources. CIC specializes in offering various loan programs, including SBA 504 loans and microloans, to support business growth, job creation, and community development in its service areas.
