CGC Malaysia

Established on July 5, 1972, Credit Guarantee Corporation Malaysia Berhad (CGC) is majority-owned by Bank Negara Malaysia (the Central Bank of Malaysia). Its primary mission is to assist MSMEs, particularly those with inadequate collateral or track records, in obtaining financing from financial institutions. CGC fulfills this role by providing credit guarantees on the financing facilities extended by these institutions, thereby championing the growth and development of the MSME sector in Malaysia.
