Central Securities Depository (KCSD)

Established in 1997, the Central Securities Depository (KCSD) is a key financial market infrastructure institution in the Republic of Kazakhstan. As a commercial non-profit organization, its mission is to ensure the reliable holding and accounting of financial instruments in the Kazakhstani securities market. KCSD provides a comprehensive range of services, including depository services for securities, settlement and clearing of transactions on stock exchanges and the OTC market, and information services, thereby supporting the stability and efficiency of the country's financial system.
