ARM Life Plc was the life insurance subsidiary of Asset & Resource Management Holding Company (ARM), a leading Nigerian financial services group. Established to provide life insurance and fund management solutions, ARM Life was licensed and regulated by Nigeria's National Insurance Commission (NAICOM). In 2020, ARM Life was acquired by Verod Capital Management and subsequently merged with other entities to form Tangerine, a comprehensive financial services and technology platform. The entity that was ARM Life now operates as Tangerine Life Insurance Limited.
