APS Slovakia is the Slovak branch of APS Holding, a major investor and servicer of non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios and distressed assets in Central, Southern, and Eastern Europe. Founded as part of the wider APS group established in 2004, the company specializes in acquiring loan portfolios from banks and other financial institutions and subsequently managing them to recover value. Their mission is to provide professional, ethical, and effective solutions for managing distressed debt, working with both the original creditors and the individual debtors to find sustainable repayment plans.
