Founded in 2007 by Mark Greco, 360 Mortgage Group, LLC was a privately owned mortgage company headquartered in Austin, Texas. The company distinguished itself as a national leader in wholesale and correspondent mortgage lending, leveraging its proprietary technology platform, Mortgage I.Q., to streamline the loan process for its broker and correspondent partners. In July 2015, the company was acquired by LD Holdings Group LLC, the parent company of loanDepot, and its operations, technology, and employees were subsequently merged into loanDepot's wholesale channel.
