Valour (Acquired by DeFi Technologies)

Valour, a subsidiary of the publicly-listed Valour Inc. (formerly DeFi Technologies Inc.), aims to bridge the gap between traditional capital markets and the digital asset ecosystem. The company was founded in 2019 in Zug, Switzerland, and was subsequently acquired by DeFi Technologies. Valour's core business is creating and listing physically-backed digital asset ETPs on major European stock exchanges, allowing investors to gain exposure to cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and others through their standard brokerage accounts.
