TOP Network

TOP Network was launched as a high-performance public blockchain platform aimed at creating a decentralized ecosystem for communication services. Its mission was to provide secure, low-cost, and reliable cloud communication services like messaging, calling, video, VPN, and IoT data sharing. The project was founded by a team that had previously developed popular communication apps like Dingtone, CoverMe, and SkyVPN. TOP Network conducted a successful Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) on Huobi Global in 2019 but has shown no significant development activity or public communication since late 2021, leading the community to believe the project has been abandoned.
