Open Ledger

Founded in 2014 by Ronny Boesing, OpenLedger ApS was a Denmark-based company that developed and operated the OpenLedger Decentralized Exchange (DEX). The platform aimed to provide a high-speed, transparent, and secure trading environment for a wide range of digital assets. Beyond the exchange, Open Ledger provided a suite of blockchain services, including enterprise solutions, token creation, and support for Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) through its Crowdfunding 3.0 ecosystem. Despite its early innovations in the DEX space, the company faced operational challenges and officially ceased operations in late 2022.
