Lotus Innovations

The Lotus Innovations Fund is a five-year fund focused on investing in Enterprise Services companies and methodically transforming them into Software/SaaS companies with significantly improved growth prospects, cash flows, balance sheets, and market valuations. By operationalizing a repeatable process with embedded management, Lotus Innovations is able to leverage small IT Services companies into highly profitable and fast-growing SaaS firms. The Fund first demonstrated the strengths of it strategy with two successful and profitable businesses, which were rolled into the Fund. Both entrepreneurial ventures were incubated utilizing shared resources and the Lotus Innovations Methodology.
