Kingswood Acquisition Corp.

Kingswood Acquisition Corp. was a blank check company, incorporated in Delaware and sponsored by an affiliate of Kingswood Group. The company was formed to raise capital through an initial public offering (IPO) in order to acquire an existing operating company. It focused its search on target businesses in the financial services industry in the United States. In July 2023, the company successfully completed its business combination with Wentworth Management Services LLC, a broker-dealer holding company. The combined entity was renamed Binah Capital Group, Inc. and now trades on the Nasdaq.
