Gordon Pointe Management

Gordon Pointe Management is the external manager for Gordon Pointe Acquisition Corp., a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), also known as a "blank check company." The company was formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. Its primary mission was successfully completed on July 1, 2020, when it finalized its merger with HOF Village, LLC, which is now the publicly-traded Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company (NASDAQ: HOFV).
