FINCA Uganda Limited (MDI)

Established in 1992, FINCA Uganda Limited (MDI) is a subsidiary of FINCA Impact Finance, a global network of microfinance institutions. It was one of the first microfinance institutions in Uganda to be licensed by the Bank of Uganda in 2004 as a Microfinance Deposit-taking Institution (MDI). The company's mission is to alleviate poverty through lasting financial solutions that help people build assets, create jobs, and raise their standard of living by offering a range of products including small business loans, agricultural loans, and various savings accounts.
