Founded in 2006, Fiduciary Network, LLC (FN) pioneered a unique model of providing permanent, non-controlling capital to successful independent registered investment advisers (RIAs). The firm's mission was to offer liquidity for founding partners and facilitate succession plans, allowing them to monetize a portion of their firm's value while retaining control and continuing to grow their business. In April 2021, Fiduciary Network was acquired by Focus Financial Partners, a leading partnership of independent, fiduciary wealth management firms.
