European Private Placement Association

Launched in 2017, the European Private Placement Association (EPPA) is the trade association for leading institutional investors in the European Private Placement (Euro PP) market. Its primary objective is to foster the development of a robust and standardized pan-European market for private placements, thereby facilitating access to financing for mid-sized companies. EPPA represents the interests of its members, engages with public authorities, and works to establish best market practices and standard documentation to increase efficiency and liquidity in the Euro PP market.
