Founded in 2007, Elysian Capital is an independent private equity firm that invests in UK and Irish-based businesses with an enterprise value of between £20 million and £200 million. The firm was established by the former management team of Doughty Hanson & Co's UK and Ireland business. Elysian's investment philosophy is centered around a hands-on, partnership approach with management teams, utilising its proprietary "Elysian Quintet" business model which focuses on strategy, operations, finance, people, and M&A to drive growth and operational improvements in its portfolio companies.
