Currency UK - Part of the Currencies Direct Group

Originally founded in 2000 as Currency UK, the company established itself as a specialist foreign exchange broker. In 2021, it was acquired by and fully integrated into Currencies Direct, one of the UK's first non-bank foreign exchange providers, which was founded in 1996. The combined entity, Currencies Direct, provides foreign exchange and international payment services for private individuals and businesses. Its mission is to offer more competitive exchange rates, lower fees, and a more personalized service compared to traditional banks for needs ranging from overseas property purchases and pension transfers to international invoicing and payroll.
