Crossroads Health is a non-profit 501(c)(3) community mental health and state-certified addiction services organization that has been serving Lake County, Ohio since 1970. The company offers a wide range of trauma-informed, evidence-based services including counseling, psychiatric care, addiction recovery, crisis intervention, and integrated primary care.
