Founded in 2013 by Erika Karp, Cornerstone Capital Group was an investment advisory firm with a mission to align financial capital with social and environmental progress. The firm specialized in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and impact investing, providing investment advisory, portfolio management, and strategic consulting services to individuals, families, and foundations. Cornerstone sought to demonstrate the power of capital as a force for good by integrating ESG analysis into investment decisions. In July 2021, the company was acquired by Pathstone, a comprehensive family office and investment advisory firm, to enhance Pathstone's capabilities in sustainable and impact investing.
