Community Economic Development Fund (CEDF)

Founded in 1994, the Community Economic Development Fund (CEDF) is a non-profit organization and a U.S. Treasury-certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). Its mission is to strengthen the economic vitality of low-to-moderate-income communities in Connecticut by providing access to capital and technical assistance for small businesses that are unable to secure traditional bank financing. CEDF offers a range of loan products and business advisory services to support entrepreneurs, foster job creation, and promote community development.
