Clarim Acquisition Corp.

Clarim Acquisition Corp. was incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company and conducted its initial public offering (IPO) in February 2021, listing on the Nasdaq under the ticker "CLRM". The company was formed by a management team with experience in the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sectors, with the intention of acquiring a company in those industries. After failing to finalize a proposed merger with VSee Lab, Inc. and its subsidiary iDoc Virtual Telehealth Solution, Inc., the company announced in late 2022 that it would not be able to complete a business combination before its deadline and would redeem all of its outstanding Class A ordinary shares and subsequently dissolve.
