CEDCO/Small Business Finance Corp.

CEDCO, Inc. (California Economic Development Corporation), founded in 1981, is a private, non-profit Certified Development Company (CDC) authorized by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Its mission is to foster economic development and create jobs by providing financing to small businesses throughout California. In 1999, CEDCO formed its wholly-owned subsidiary, Small Business Finance Corp. (SBFC), to handle all of its SBA 504 loan production, which helps businesses acquire major fixed assets such as commercial real estate and heavy machinery.
