Originally a division of the major business process outsourcing company Capita plc, Capita Mortgage Services was a market leader in providing third-party mortgage administration and servicing solutions in the United Kingdom and Ireland. They managed mortgage portfolios on behalf of banks, building societies, and other lenders, handling tasks such as loan origination support, customer service, payment processing, and arrears management. In 2017, Capita plc sold this division to Computershare, which rebranded the acquired business as Computershare Loan Services. Therefore, "Capita Mortgage Services" no longer operates under this name.
