Black Ridge Oil & Gas, Inc. was a publicly-traded exploration and production company focused on acquiring and developing oil and natural gas assets in the United States. Its primary operations were concentrated in the core of the Williston Basin in North Dakota and Montana. In 2019, Black Ridge completed a significant merger and was rebranded as Montage Resources Corporation (formerly NYSE: MR).
