BCRS Business Loans is a non-profit Community Development Finance Institution (CDFI) that was established in 2002. Originally founded as the Black Country Reinvestment Society, the company rebranded to BCRS Business Loans to reflect its expansion beyond the Black Country to serve the entire West Midlands region.
