(trading as Archax), which was founded in 2018 to provide a regulated and credible bridge between the traditional financial services world and the emerging digital asset ecosystem. Archax's mission is to offer institutional and professional investors a secure and compliant venue to trade, hold, and manage digital assets, including cryptocurrencies and tokenized securities. It achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first firm on the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) register as a cryptoasset exchange provider and custodian, alongside its existing permissions as a multilateral trading facility (MTF), brokerage, and custody operator.
