1st Rate Lending/Gateway Funding

Both 1st Rate Lending and Gateway Funding Diversified Mortgage Services, L.P. were independent mortgage lenders operating in the United States, specializing in originating a variety of residential home loans. Gateway Funding was acquired by Finance of America Mortgage LLC in 2015. Subsequently, 1st Rate Lending was also acquired by Finance of America Mortgage in 2017. Both brands and their operations were absorbed into the larger Finance of America structure, which offers a broad portfolio of lending products including mortgages, reverse mortgages, and commercial loans.
