Overall Thought

Bad

Service started great, but as we expanded our client base utilizing your service, it became the worst service we have ever experienced. They jeopardized our cash flow due to your slow communications and vague policies, which led to a rejected payment without any explanation. Worst of all, it required us to call repeatedly for updates, as your team would promise communication but never follow through.

What do you like about Autobooks ?

Easy to deploy and use.

What do you dislike about Autobooks ?

If you read all the reviews, you will notice a pattern. When you attempt to process any payment over $5000, they flag it as too risky and deny the transaction, but only after prolonging the process for over a week. This is by far the worst fintech company I have ever worked with, and I STRONGLY urge any business to avoid them at all costs.
