The experience for me has been smooth. Used this app for the past 3 months and over and it is very very excellent. Customer service and mails is excellent and email notifications of credit and debits alert. The only thing I'd suggest is if we can have real time sms alert, when we receive alert, that will be lovely. Overall it has been smooth and excellent.

A major issue with this app is that the only chance is you have to download and save the receipt for transfer is when you have successfully done the transaction. Once you close that window, you cannot reopen the app to download the receipt for that transaction.You can see it listed on transaction history but you can't download the receipt.

Piggyvest mobile application. It is easy and simple to use. It delight it users, it is fun to use, it is visually appealing. The icon is distinctive and eye- catching. It is kept simple and consistent throughout. It has the following features: a rich experience, intuitive and easy navigation, seamless checkout, personalized customer experience.

Mixed reaction with the usage of the app, sometimes everything seems to be perfect, at other times, a terrifying nightmare. Needed to download a receipt from transaction history, it just keep on rolling until everything turns white, please the bank should work on that, imagine showing a client that you have transferred to them. The bank should work on their app.

Nice app, what I experience recently after updating the app, was a new updated terms and conditions of service, which I was unable to accept very frustrating, what I did was to change my phone font size and style for display setting to the smallest. With that the window on the app updated terms and conditions shows fully and was able to accept at the bottom page.
