We are a wholesale MGA distributing our products only through insurance brokers and independent insurance agents. Lloyd’s of London is the oldest insurance institution in the world. Its history extends over 300 years while its financial strength has been confirmed by all global rating agencies. As a Lloyd's coverholder Leadenhall has the authority to quote and bind insurance contracts on behalf of Lloyd's syndicates. Leadenhall is also authorized by Lloyd's to collect insurance premiums and settle commissions with cooperating brokers and insurance agents, as well as handle claims and express the insurer's position in the claims process (we also settle claims on behalf of syndicates). We transact business via an online system that enables users to produce quotes and bind policies. The system is available online 24/7 through web browsers from anywhere in the world. Access to the system is obtained from Leadenhall after cooperating brokers and insurance agents have passed the regulatory exams.
