Index Industry Association

Founded in 2012, the Index Industry Association (IIA) is the first-ever trade association for the index industry. It represents the global index provider community by advocating for their interests, promoting transparency and best practices, and educating investors and regulators on the role and benefits of indices. Its members include the world's leading index administrators such as MSCI, S&P Dow Jones Indices, and FTSE Russell. The association provides a forum for members to address common issues and engage with stakeholders to ensure the integrity and continued growth of the index landscape.
