Cobalt Mortgage

Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Kirkland, Washington, Cobalt Mortgage Inc. was a full-service residential mortgage banking company. The company focused on providing a wide range of mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans, with a mission centered on exceptional customer service and community involvement. In February 2019, Cobalt Mortgage was acquired by Caliber Home Loans, Inc. Subsequently, Caliber Home Loans was acquired by Newrez LLC (a subsidiary of Rithm Capital) in 2021, and the Cobalt Mortgage brand and operations were fully absorbed into the new parent company.
