I have now experienced multiple incidents where my deposits were debited from my bank account with valid UTR proof, yet IUX repeatedly claimed the funds were “not received”. Each time, the same sequence happens: Money leaves my bank account Broker denies receiving it No clear explanation After repeated follow-ups and pressure — funds suddenly get credited So the obvious question is: How does a “not received” deposit suddenly appear later? This is not a minor technical glitch. This points to a serious issue in how deposits are handled, tracked, or acknowledged. As a trader, this puts you in a dangerous position: Your capital is stuck in limbo No accountability No defined resolution timeline You are forced to chase your own money The fact that this has happened multiple times makes it even more alarming. This is not an isolated incident — this is a recurring operational failure. In financial services, trust and transparency are everything. If a broker cannot reliably confirm receipt of funds that have already been debited, that is a fundamental problem. I have full proof of all transactions, including UTRs and payment records. Traders should think very carefully before trusting their funds here. A system where deposits can go “missing” and only reappear after pressure is not something to take lightly.
