The Register of Activities in the Field of Virtual Currencies is maintained by the Director of the Tax Administration Chamber in Katowice (Izba Administracji Skarbowej w Katowicach), under the National Revenue Administration (KAS) and in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Act. Registration is mandatory for entities providing services related to virtual currencies, such as exchange, intermediation, and wallet services.
