**tax season update 1/9/24** tax season is almost here. we will be opening up our calendar soon for appointments on our contact page. if you are one of our current clients and need the link to our secure portal please email us. in the meantime to all business clients with employees or contractors do not forget about the important deadline to file 1099 and w2 forms is 1/31. the irs posted an update here which includes a free tool to file your own 1099 forms. as always, we can assist preparation and e-filing these forms for a small fee. **tax season update 2/15/22** the 2021 tax season is in full swing! please remember that the deadline for s-corp and partnership returns is 3/15. in order to have your return completed we need all info by 3/1, otherwise, we will need to file an extension. also, the personal filing deadline is 4/18. in order to file your return we need a copy of irs letter 6419 and irs letter 6475. if you did not receive these, please setup an irs [...]
