Originally founded in 2007 through a management buyout from a larger group, finnCap established itself as a leading adviser and broker for companies on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market. In March 2023, finnCap Group plc completed a merger with Cenkos Securities plc to form Cavendish Financial plc. The combined entity is one of the UK's leading investment banks for growth and investment companies, continuing the legacy services of finnCap on a larger scale.
