Financial Technologies Corporation

Founded in 1988 by Jignesh Shah, Financial Technologies (India) Ltd. (FTIL) was a pioneer in developing technology and intellectual property for financial markets in India and globally. The company was instrumental in creating and promoting several exchanges, including the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). Following a major payment crisis at its subsidiary, National Spot Exchange Limited (NSEL), in 2013, the company faced significant regulatory scrutiny and was forced to divest its holdings in various exchanges. To distance itself from the controversy and reflect a new business focus, the company officially changed its name to 63 moons technologies limited in 2018. Today, as 63 moons, the company focuses on developing and providing emerging technology solutions, including cybersecurity, blockchain, and artificial intelligence, for various sectors.
