Financial Services Innovation Centre at University College Cork

The Financial Services Innovation Centre (FSIC) is an academic and industry research and development hub established in 2019. It operates as a partnership between the multinational financial services and technology company Fexco and University College Cork. The Centre's mission is to develop and commercialize next-generation FinTech products and services by combining UCC's research expertise with Fexco's industry knowledge. It focuses on collaborative R&D projects in areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cybersecurity within the financial services sector, aiming to drive innovation and create a pipeline of talent.
