Consumer Credit Industry Association

Founded in 1891, the Consumer Credit Association (CCA) is one of the longest-established trade associations in the UK. Its mission is to represent the interests of its diverse membership, which includes businesses from sectors such as home credit, payday and short-term lending, motor finance, and credit brokers. The CCA provides a collective voice for the industry when liaising with Government, regulators like the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and the media. It also offers essential services to its members, including compliance guidance, training, and networking opportunities to promote high standards and responsible lending within the consumer credit market.
