Bewater Funds is the first Spanish secondary market fund dedicated to creating liquidity for private company stakeholders. Founded by François Derbaix, Unai Ansejo, and Ramón Blanco, the company's mission is to democratize investment in unlisted companies. It operates by allowing early investors and employees of successful startups to sell their shares, while providing accredited and institutional investors with access to invest in these proven, high-growth companies before they go public.
