"Baiterek" National Managing Holding" JSC was created in 2013 by a Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Its primary mission is to support the non-resource sector of the economy, ensure the implementation of key government programs, and diversify the national economy by managing state assets. The holding company operates as the government's main financial agent, managing a portfolio of subsidiary organizations that provide financial support to large enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), the agro-industrial complex, and the housing sector, as well as promoting exports and innovation.
