Amicus Commercial Mortgages

Amicus Commercial Mortgages was the commercial lending division of Amicus Finance Plc, a UK-based specialist financial services group. Launched in 2016, it focused on providing flexible, short-term commercial mortgages (from £100k to £5m) for periods of up to 3 years, catering to small businesses, sole traders, and property investors. The company aimed to serve clients who were often overlooked by mainstream banks. However, its parent company, Amicus Finance Plc, faced significant funding challenges and fell into administration in December 2018, leading to the immediate cessation of all new lending activities across the group, including Amicus Commercial Mortgages.
