Allied Capital PLC, operating via the website alliedcapitalplc.com, purports to be a diversified investment management firm providing services such as stockbroking, portfolio management, and wealth management. However, this entity is an unauthorized "clone firm" according to the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). It illegally impersonates a genuine UK-registered company (Allied Capital PLC, company no. 04958172) which was officially dissolved in 2015. The clone firm has no affiliation with the former, legitimate company and is not authorized to provide financial services.
