Founded in 1999 and based in San Francisco, Aberdare Ventures was a venture capital firm that focused on making early-stage investments in innovative healthcare technology and life science companies. The firm's mission was to partner with entrepreneurs to build leading companies that could significantly improve the quality and lower the cost of healthcare. After more than two decades of operation, Aberdare Ventures has wound down its investment activities and is no longer making new investments.
