Founded in 2007 by Mark Greco, 360 Mortgage Group, LLC was a privately-owned mortgage banking firm headquartered in Austin, Texas. The company distinguished itself through its proprietary mortgage technology platform, MORTAGETECH, and focused exclusively on the wholesale and correspondent lending channels. It served a network of mortgage brokers, community banks, and credit unions across the United States. In January 2017, the company was acquired by loanDepot to expand its third-party origination channels and leverage 360's established network and technology.
