I used the cryptocurrency exchange Phemex until they appropriated a payment, claiming it failed security checks, and told me that in order to receive it, I must send a video of the login to the account from which the payment was sent. But that is not even my account! Otherwise, they said they will not credit it to me, nor return it to the sender.
