I attempted to deposit $100, and although the funds were debited from my bank account, they were never credited to my trading account. I provided the IUX support staff with all the necessary proof, yet I have still not received the funds from these two deposit attempts. Furthermore, on May 28, 2026, I initiated a withdrawal of $263; the amount was deducted from my trading account, and I even received an email confirming that the withdrawal was successful. However, the funds were never deposited into my bank account. I have sent my bank account statements multiple times, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account.
